4. Payment Terms

4.1. Purchases: All payments for services, subscriptions, or products must be made through our website or authorized payment channels. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and understand these Terms.

4.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed only in accordance with our Refund Policy (see Section 5).

4.3. Subscription Renewals: All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 3 days before the renewal date. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to: [email protected] and include:

a) Full name

b) Proof of purchase (receipt received via email upon enrollment)

c) Cancellation effective date.

d) The cancellation request must come from the email address used for enrollment into 100k Intensive monthly subscription. No exceptions!

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be issued once a subscription has renewed.

4.4 . Cancellations:

Cancellations stop future billing cycles for the 100K Intensive Monthly Subscription but do not provide refunds for past payments. See Section 4.3 for procedures and steps to cancel your monthly subscription.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with proof of purchase.

5.2. Monthly subscriptions of 100k Intensive, along with live coaching sessions and group training programs are non-refundable once commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1.We strive to provide high-quality sales training; however, we do not guarantee specific financial results, closed sales transactions, or any outcomes of any kind. This is due to the ever-shifting market, varying individual effort, experience, economic conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

Any examples of earnings or success stories are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of results. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that results will vary based on your own abilities, implementation, market conditions, and other variables. We shall not be held liable for any loss of income, business disruption, or any other damages—direct or indirect—that may arise from the use of our training or materials.

6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from use of our services, technical issues or service interruptions affecting access to courses or live sessions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement should be heard in the State of Florida in Broward County, USA.

8.2. Arbitration Clause:Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT.

9. Termination of Services

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for users who violate these Terms. Engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.

9.2. Fail to pay their subscription within 10 days after the due date.
